Ryan Diggins


Ryan oversees the real estate development cycle, including lead-sourcing and business development, property acquisitions, rezoning and entitlement proceedings, project planning and design, and construction site management.

A graduate of Butler University, Ryan received his B.A. in Business Marketing. While attending college, Ryan was the quarterback of the Butler Bulldogs football team. More recently, Ryan has taken continuing education classes from the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management graduate program at the University of Denver. Ryan has also completed Kaplan Professional School’s 168-hour associate broker education program, and passed both the state and national real estate broker licensing exams.

Vance Diggins


Prior to founding Gravitas Development Group, Vance was the president and CEO of The Gores Group, a private equity firm based out of Los Angeles. Vance has more than 30 years of operating experience in technology and related sectors, and has a proven record of success in more than 40 operational acquisitions, turnarounds and subsequent divestitures. Vance was instrumental in helping to raise The Gores Group’s first private equity fund of 400 million dollars, and is currently serving as an investment advisor to the second fund, valued at one billion dollars.

Vance is also responsible for the creation of Paragon Equestrian Centre, an elite riding facility in Northern Colorado. Vance began his career in sales management at Burroughs Corporation after earning his B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
